Common questions

How do I play full songs?
Connect a music service in the app. Divehouse plays full tracks through Apple Music — open the app, go to your profile settings, and tap Connect Apple Music (an active Apple Music subscription is required). Spotify support is coming soon.
How do I manage notifications?
Open Profile → Settings → Notificationsto choose which alerts you receive (tours, local shows, announcements, and updates). You can also turn notifications on or off entirely in your device's iOS Settings.
How do I change my city?
Go to Profile → Edit Profile and update your location, or tap Use current location to set it automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at hello@divehouse.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll remove your account and associated personal data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
